The Management of ROCKSTAR POSTERS reserves the right to alter any of the above mentioned terms and conditions without prior notice to our users. The date stated below reflects the latest updated version of the ‘Terms & Conditions of Use’.

15. Minimum Order Requirement
A SGD$5.00 handling surcharge will be applicable to any invoice which reflects a total value of goods equivalent, or less than, SGD$40.00.

16. Payment Details
We only accept payment via VISA/Mastercard or Paypal. For all other modes of payment, please contact us via our info line or email us with your inquiry. Orders will not be shipped out till full payment has been received by our organization.

17. Incorrect Orders, Damaged Goods and Refund Policy
i) In the event a customer receives the wrong items, or/and if the items are damaged, or/and if the quantity is not in accordance to the customer’s actual order invoice, the customer is required to inform ROCKSTAR POSTERS of the defect within 48 hours, or two working days, from receiving the order.
ii) Goods are not to be disposed off without due authorization from ROCKSTAR POSTERS. Failure to attain proper authorization would result in the forfeiture of your claim.
iii) Goods are only exchangeable and strictly non refundable.
